Their routine comes with them

You tell us the schedule once and we write it down. Which bowl at which hour, which pill with it, how far the walk usually goes. Next booking we already have it, so you are not typing it out again.

While they are here you get a photo and a couple of lines about how it is going, usually including where they have decided the good sleeping spot is.

What kind of care?

Questions

Where do they stay?

Cage-free in a small group, with somewhere quiet to sleep and a yard to get out into.

Will my dog be around other dogs?

Yes. Before a first stay we ask how they are with other dogs and whether anything has ever gone wrong. A meet-and-greet settles the rest.

What should I send with them?

Their food, medication in the original containers, a secure leash, and one thing that smells like you. We send a short list before arrival.

Can you give medication?

Yes, in most cases. Add the name, dose and timing when you book and we confirm it. Every dose gets written down.

Can you write to me in Spanish or Portuguese?

Yes. Choose your language on the booking form and everything after it arrives that way, from the confirmation to the note we send the evening they go home.
